Across every environment I’ve worked in — fintech, systems transformation, and public practice — strategy consistently revealed itself as the hidden variable that determined outcomes. The most sophisticated operators don’t treat strategy as administrative; they treat it as foundational.

Over time, it became clear that strategy shapes capital flows, tax outcomes, control, scalability, and ultimately the economic reality that accounting reports. Today, I focus on the structures through which strategy operates — how value is designed to flow — and how accounting translates those decisions into decision-useful truth.
